How do I get my UV inkjet printer ink to stick to stainless?
Stainless steel requires pre-treatment for
optimal adhesion. While other UV adhesion promoters require flame treatment and
then using a promoter wipe, the Natron® M74F UV adhesion promoter does not. The
M74F by Boston Industrial Solutions is the best primer wipe to use with your UV
printer inks for the best adhesion to stainless steel.
Simply wet a lint-free towel with M74F, wipe on
your product, wait for 1–2 minutes, then print your product. After the initial
application, you have up to 36 hours to print the product.
