Pad printing double image

Why am I getting a double image?

Ghosting, also referred to as double images, typically occurs when tabletop pad printing machines are not securely attached to the work surface. When the machine is in operation, it tends to rock and vibrate, leading to the appearance of double lines or a ghosting effect in the printed image.

To resolve this problem, it is essential to ensure that your pad printer is correctly fastened to the table, following the specific instructions provided by the manufacturer. By adhering to the recommended specifications, you can prevent the machine from experiencing unwanted movement and vibrations, thus eliminating the occurrence of double images or ghosting in your prints.
